ZOEY!!! :)

So about a couple of weeks ago we had 2 put scrawny 2 sleep... :( i cried.... A LOT!! my mom said that i got to decide when we could go and look at new kittens.... this happened the next day... (i must've gotten over scrawny fast!) we found a kitten that was 8 months old and had the biggest motor in the world!! i knew that i wanted this kitten so we bought her!! :) we got her a couple wednesdays ago and she was the happiest little thing!!

We decided 2 name her Zoey! so now we have Izzy and Zoey!!

Zoey will come up 2 u if u r eating something and just stare at u until u let her smell it so she can decided whether she likes it or not... she'll even try 2 eat it sometimes!!! SOOOOO FUNNY!

Well, this past Thanksgiving week our family put up ALL of our Christmas stuff and I wanted to show you!! Yay~! :)

Christmas & snow!!!

Well it snowed yesterday and my brother and his friends all went in the hot tub WHILE it was snowing.

We set up our Christmas trees and all our decorations the other day and they look A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I'd post some pics but I don't have any :(

My mom and dad went Christmas shopping and my mom can't wait until Christmas because she really likes the presents she got me..... and she keeps talking about them so I wanna know what they are but I guess I will have to wait until Christmas... I can't wait until then..... I WANNA KNOW WHAT I GOT.....

I still have to go Christmas shopping for my mom, dad, and brother... I don' know what to get them all because they are so hard to shop for :P I think I am going to get my friends some presents :)

Cookie Pops

OK so we had Young Women in Excellence this past Wednesday and we were asked to share a project we had completed. I completed my Good Works project which was to prepare to be a homemaker by collecting recipes, preparing meals and planning the weeks food schedule. For fun I made these cute little Cookie Pops!! They are so fun and cute!!
Here is the recipe.

Cookie Pops

1-4 Cup Peanut Butter
20 Vanilla Wafers
10 Popsicle Sticks
4 ounces milk chocolate candy coating
1 Teaspoon shortening
M&Ms miniature baking bits -optional

1. Spread peanut butter over the flat side of 10 vanilla wafers. Top with a Popsicle stick and another wafer. Place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet;freeze for 7 minutes or longer.
2. In a small microwave safe bowl melt candy coating and shortening; stir until smooth. Dip cookie pops into chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Return to baking sheet. Decorate with baking bits if desired. Freeze for 5-6 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Glenwood Springs Trip

I also went to Glenwood Springs for a soccer tournament! It was fun and a little sad... this was the last time we were together as a team... Even though most of us play on the same team for Westminster this was the last time we all got to be with Coach Bill who was AMAZING!! Here are some pics!! :)

Steamboat Springs trip!

Over the summer i was invited to play in a soccer tournament with my brother's soccer team! Since we were already going to be up there i decided i would! It was so much fun! Even though we lost two games and tied one it was UBER fun!! (yes i just made up the word uber!! lol) Any ways here are some pictures!

4th of July

My friend Kylee from Las Vegas was here from June 30th to July 6th and we had soooooo much fun together!! i have not seen her in 3 years so i was WAY excited when i heard that she was coming out to visit us for a week... Anyway we went to the Colorado Rapids game on the 4th of July and we got to sit on the field to watch the fireworks afterwards and it was amazingly fun! Here are some pictures!!

Since Kylee's mom had to leave due to son's surgery on the leg we had one extra ticket and so Glenn brought his friend Nick.
